Where is Colle Melosa?
The pass is located near Monte Grai, in the Italian region of Liguria, in the northwestern part of the country, near the French border, within the Parco Naturale Regionale delle Alpi Liguri. At the summit, there’s a restaurant and a mountain hut.
Is the road to Colle Melosa paved?
The road to the summit is fully paved but extremely curvy. It’s called Strada Provinciale 67 (SP67). The climb is steep, with some ramps reaching a gradient of 11.0%.
