Abra Turpo
Abra Turpo is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 4.798m (15,741ft) above the sea level, located in the Huancavelica Province, Peru.
The road to the pass is gravel. It’s called Carretera 110 and links Turpo and Acobambilla towns. There’s not much traffic and the gradients are gentle. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road.
