Signal Peak
Signal Peak is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 2.380m (7,808ft) above the sea level, located in Gila County, Arizona, United States.
The road to the summit, located in the Tonto National Forest, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. The road is usually impassable in winters. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point.
Located in the Pinal Mountains, 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road. At the summit there is an active lookout tower, staffed on summers. Built in 1934, it replaced a wooden tower dating to 1920.
