Travel guide to the top of Crystal Mountain North
Crystal Mountain North is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 2.090m (6,856ft) above the sea level, located in Pierce County, in the U.S. state of Washington. It’s one of the highest mountain roads of Washington.
Set high in the Cascade Range, within the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, the road to the summit is totally unpaved. It’s a chairlift access trail. Accessibility is largely limited to the summer season. It is not generally snow-free until late June or even July in some years. 4x4 vehicle required. Expect a trail pretty steep.
