Charnock Pass
Charnock pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.556m (8,385ft) above the sea level, located in Nye County, in the U.S. state of Nevada.
The scenic backcountry road to the summit, located in the Toquima Range, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. It’s called Moores Creek Road (NF-008). Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 vehicle required. The journey offers great views of the Toiyabe Range. The pass is also known as Moores Creek Summit.
