Where is Redondo Peak?

The peak is a resurgent dome located about an hour west of Los Alamos, to the west of Santa Fe, in the north-central part of New Mexico, within the Valles Caldera National Preserve. The summit is broad and flat.

Is the road to Redondo Peak unpaved?

Set high in the Jemez Mountains, the road to the summit is totally unpaved. A 4x4 vehicle is required.
