Road NF-1414
NF-1414 is a high mountain trail located in Stillwater County, in the U.S. state of Montana. Its highest elevation is 2.838m (9,311ft) above the sea level.
The road, also known as Benbow Road, is gravel, rocky, tippy and bumpy at times. It’s is usually impassable in winters. Great trail for experienced wheelers. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 recommended. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. Wet conditions may make for tough driving along the muddy road. It follows numerous remnants of Montana's mining heritage.
