UM Pass
UM Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3.208m (10,524ft) above the sea level, located in Sevier County, in the central section of the U.S. state of Utah. It’s one of the highest mountain roads of Utah.
The road to the summit, on the saddle between Mount Marvine and Mount Terrill, is a rough, rocky, and steep road. It’s called Forest Road 042. It’s impassable in winters. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 recommended. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. The creek was named for the United Moroni Order, a group of Mormon stockmen who worked in the area as a united group during pioneer days.
