Lookout Mountain
Lookout Mountain is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 2.707m (8,881ft) above the sea level, located in Sierra County, in the U.S. state of New Mexico.
The road to the summit, located within the Gila National Forest, is gravel and rocky. It’s called Fs 226A. It’s impassable in winters. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. 4x4 required. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. At the summit there’s a lookout tower.
