County Line Hill
County Line Hill is a high mountain peak at an elevation of 3.173m (10,410ft) above the sea level, located in Mono County, in the east central portion of the U.S. state of California. It's one of the highest roads of California.
The road to the summit is gravel and rocky. It’s called White Mountain Road. Avoid driving in this area if unpaved mountain roads aren't your strong point. Stay away if you're scared of heights. Expect a trail pretty steep. It’s a 4x4 track open from about June 1 - October 31 (weather and snow permitting). This trail is not for the faint hearted – it is steep, and there are spots where a slip or fall could cause serious injury. The weather on this zone is harsh and highly unpredictable.
