Jersey Jim Lookout Tower
Jersey Jim is a high mountain lookout tower at an elevation of 3.002m (9,849ft) above the sea level, located in Montezuma County, Colorado, in USA.
The tower is located within the San Juan National Forest. It was built in 1942. The road to the lookout is called Road 561. It’s open from late May to mid October, weather permitting. It’s a gravel-surface forest road accessible to two-wheel-drive vehicles. Watch for livestock and wildlife, and keep speeds under 30 miles per hour.
