Salt Creek Pass
Salt Creek Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.967m (9,735ft) above the sea level located in the Park County, in Colorado, USA.
The pass is located within the Mosquito Range. The road to the summit is a gravel 4wd track. It’s called Forest Service Road 436. Do not travel this road in severe weather conditions. Avalanches, heavy snowfalls and landslides can occur anytime, being extremely dangerous due to frequent patches of ice. The road is a bit rocky and muddy in places.
