Gass Peak Road is a very scenic drive located in the Las Vegas Range of Southern Nevada, in USA.
Located in Clark County in the Desert National Wildlife Refuge, it’s a bumpy dirt road with desert scenery and mountain landscapes. The road can be accessed year round but may be closed for short periods in winter when the weather is bad. It’s suitable for cars but inquire locally or use a 4WD vehicle just to be sure.
The road is 34.76km (21.6 mi) long, running from Mormon Well Road to County Road 215. It tops out at 1.509m (4,950ft) above the sea level. The road leads to an underground cave to explore and wildlife to be seen while driving.
