The road to the summit is totally paved. It’s called D805 (Adana Niğde Yolu). The road is heavily used by vehicles travelling from the city center of Niğde to the Mediterranean coast.
How long is Caykavak Pass?
The pass road is 10.6 km (6.58 miles) long, running north-south from the paved O-21A road to Bayağıl. The climb is mostly flat, hitting a 5.6% of maximum gradient through some of the ramps.
