Ermita de Santa Lucia
Ermita de Santa Lucia is a small church at an elevation of 312m (1,023ft) above the sea level, located in Castelló, a province in the northern part of the Valencian Community, Spain. The climb is simply brutal, with sections up to 20%.
The road to the summit is asphalted, but pretty narrow and really steep. The climb is 3.7km long. Over this distance the average gradient is 8,58% but with some brutal sections up to 14-20%. The highest grade is 25%.
The church is located within the Sierra de Irta mountain range. The climb has been used by the Spanish Vuelta bicycle race.
