Set high in the northern part of the country, to the east of Gardetta Pass, the road to the summit is extremely narrow and pretty defiant, with countless turns and steep sections. The road was improved a few years ago, as it was totally unpaved and extremely bad.

The last part of the road is closed to private vehicles. It is a lonely road, but there are a few tourists going up.
