How Long is Alpisella Pass?
The road to the summit is totally unpaved, with narrow parts. A high clearance vehicle is required. It’s 8.9 km (5.53 miles) long, running east-west from Passo di Fraele to Lago di Livigno. The last part is closed to private vehicles.
Is Alpisella Pass Open in Winter?
Set high in the Livigno range of the Alps, the road is usually impassable from October through June (weather permitting).
