The road to the summit, also known as Mont Agnelino, is gravel. Avalanches, heavy snowfalls and landslides can occur anytime, being extremely dangerous due to frequent patches of ice. Narrow, very steep and without guardrails.
The track to the summit includes several hairpin turns, with gradients over the 18%. At the summit there are several military constructions. The road is heavily washed out in places and slippery with grass.
