Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach stretches for four kilometers of sand and sea, between Kannur and Thalassery. There is an entry fee for vehicles.

A seashore drive at sunset is a memorable experience, though it can get crowded. It's better to go early in the morning, around 6:00-6:30 AM. Avoid rainy days. Driving on the beach is a must, and there are several viewpoints where you can park your car and enjoy watching the waves.

How Dangerous is Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach?

Since you're driving along the seashore, avoid going too deep into the water as your vehicle may get stuck in the soft sand. There’s a speed limit of 20 km/h.
