Dariga Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3,602m (11,817ft) above sea level, located in Xunhua Salar Autonomous County, in the southeast of Haidong Prefecture, China.
Where is Dariga Pass?
The pass is located south of Lanzhou, in Qinghai province, in the central part of the country.
Is Dariga Pass paved?
The road through the summit is totally paved with concrete. It’s called S202. Due to its challenging nature, with high-altitude parts and featuring more than 60 hairpin turns, it was bypassed by the Dalijiashan Tunnel.
How long is Dariga Pass?
Set high in the Qilian range, the road is 52km (32.31 miles) long, running north-south from Qitaibao to Manisigouxiang.
