The khor (a coastal inlet) is located 24.5km southeast of Khasab, in the northern part of the country. The minimalist desert landscape gives way to this craggy and rocky inlet, hidden from the Strait of Hormuz. Swimming is not recommended due to oil grease and moss.

How Long Is the Road to Khor an-Najd?

The winding road to the inlet of Najd is completely unpaved and curvy, surrounded by rugged mountains and pristine waters. It’s 6.6km (4.10 miles) long, starting from Sall Ala. 4x4 vehicles only. Be prepared for steep inclines and sharp turns.
