Allemansnek Pass
Allemansnek Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.847m (6,059ft) above the sea level, located in Mpumalanga, South Africa. This pass is straightforward with no sharp curves or steep gradients.

The road over the pass is asphalted. It’s called R543. Near the summit there’s a memorial because the pass was the scene of a fierce battle during the Anglo-Boer war. The Battle of Allemansnek took place on 11th June 1900 between the Boer forces and the British army under General Buller.
