Tizi n’ Ouanergui
Tizi n’ Ouanergui is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.511m (8,238ft) above the sea level located in Azilal Province of the Tadla-Azilal region of Morocco.
The road to the summit is asphalted. It ends at Anergui, a small town at an elevation of nearby 1.500m above the sea level, Its many twists, turns and narrows can pose a challenge to even the most experienced drivers. The road is not easy, though. Up, down, right, left all the time. Driving at night, or in poor visibility, is not recommended for drivers unfamiliar with the road. This road has innumerable twists and turns. This route is not recommended if your passengers are prone to car sickness. Don’t stuff your belly too much. Eventually, you might feel vomiting temptations. Drive with care as this is a mountain road with dangerous dropoffs and 16 hairpin turns. The road climbs up to a unnamed peak at At the summit is a communication tower. The pass is also known as Tizi n'Tibarchit.
